I'm riding a jetcoaster^^

Sean goes to school now. He cried for 8 days only hohohoo. There were time he cried since at home, 30 minutes before school even started, he hold the school's pole tight-didn't want to go inside, crying 2 hours in his classroom making the teachers dizzy hahahah, and finally i remembered the best way that worked well with Noah.

I asked Daddy to take him to school, it works! He felt didn't need to cry as he knew Daddy would not care enough. So my tips for spoiling kids on their first day of school: let someone else take them to school, not you ^^

2 Kids go to school, mommy can work more effective, but still more stress coming......feeling like riding a jetcoaster. I'm still working online, having many shops online. Working side by side with my husband is wonderful. As we grow bigger, we add more stress in our life. Holiday is like a pond in the desert.

Without Jesus, i must have been crazy. Taking care of 2 boys, household works, jobs and a husband.
Day by day I can only depend on God to strengthen my legs. To keep me smile and go......
Life is hard though but isn't it the art of life itself? I'm so thankful that my God is alive^^

first day of school is coming oh no!

My first will be 8 yo, while my litte one will be 3 yo very soon, less than 2 months. Thank God that Sean talks already and will go to school this July.

Sean is very attach to me, the reasons are he was a breasfed baby, no helpers at all, never babysitter, so yeahhh I'm the one and only for him. His daddy and his brother are his playmates.

When Noah went to school for the first time, he cried for more less 5 months in the morning. Now I'm preparing Sean. Telling him that he will go to school very soon and just like Noah, he must be with his friends at school. He says that he doesnt want to go to school.

The second thing is making him feel safe even when i'm not around. I left him in his grandma's house for 1-2 hours sometimes. Sometimes I have to hide and gone, he can't see me going.

The third is I train him to attend Sunday school by himself, not yet achieved, we are on process.

The fourth, when I pick Noah up or have to pay some fee, I walk with him and show him his will be classes.

Afterall, all i can do just pray that God is on time. Amen

Becareful picky eater!

Time does fly! My Noah will be in grade 2 this July while My baby Sean will turn 2 next month. It's wonderful to see that they are growing. Clothes too tight, pants too short, shoes too small. Thank God they are growing. 2 months ago, I decided to bring Sean to a doctor because he has eating problem. He ate only 3 spoons and refused another scoop. He breastfed that time. He has less weight and less height. His pedictrician said it's ok adn give him vitamins. I have tried so many vitamins and nothing for him. This doctor, not the pedictrician, touching Sean's neck and listen to his lungs. He thought that something wrong with hia lungs. So he sent Sean to have a rontxen. He got fleks on his lungs and we had no idea where he got it. It might become TBC if too late. Thank God, the virus made little fleks on his lungs. The virus are greedy and took Sean's nutritions, damage his body slowly from the inside. Now he has much better appetise and has add more weight. He has to take medicine within 6 months. 4 months to go. Picky eater might be dangerous moms, i'm glad to take him to another doctor not only listen to his pedictrician. My tips for mums: please follow your insting, if you feel that something might goes wrong, check it and don't ignore it.

I love to work from home

I've been working from home since my first son was born, began with a private teacher at home (students come to my house). I did this for more less 1 year. Then I became a cook for my own restaurant, but it didn't run well, i got many problems with my employees and it didn't give us as much as we need.

Finally on Dec 2011, I tried to sell things online and it works well with me and my family. I can take care of my sons, I can pick up my son to school, I can cook for my family, I have free time as much as I need. Great things to do.

I can't count on helpers or babysitters, in other words i don't trust them to look after my sons. So working from home are great.

My Tips for Mums, try to invest your time to educate your children before they grown up and leave.

Cant wait for singapore

It's been a long time since the last writing :(
It's really SOMETHiNG having 2 boys around. Can't stop thank God for my wonderful family.
Noah has turned six on 14 sept 2014 and Sean is 1,5 years old.
They are active, cheerful and playful :)

I need more ME time hoahhhhh
Can't wait for the next holiday!

On feb 2014 we went to bangkok and pataya
In june we had a great trip to bali for 5 days
And this december we plan to go to singapore
We already bought the ticket, hotel and actractions.

Jan 13th 2015
Singapore done............

Brought along 2 boys were crazy but fun. Noah was great, he is 6mo. I can tell him about our trips, schedules, food to eat, etc. He complained when he got tired- we all do hahahaha
Sean was a disaster, he ate so little, skipped his nappy, he just wanted to be nursed everywhere.
The challenging things were MRT and Walks. MRT are great since we don't have it here, Noah loves it. But Sean got sick of it and the worse was he hate his stroller, so it ended with my backache, shoulderache and legsache. I carried him everywhere, mostly he didn't want Daddy to carry him.

Raining not in the right time and place also disturbed us. The worse was when we were at universal studios, it likes all day raining. We wait and wait forever, it was wasting time definetly.

Going back to Indonesia, Jakarta, Sean got Atopy, kinda skin allergic. Already 1 month and still in recovery.

My tips for Mums, bringing along baby on vacations need plans (plan A, plan B, etc), It's much better to buy the tickets to attractions before (avoid queue). Make sure to bring extra clothes for the baby and get change as often as needed. Bring your raincoat and small umbrella if you go on rainny season and get ready for the changing plans.

After a long time

Noah is growing up, he is 5, 5 mo while our baby is now 8 mo.
Time does fly, not in the beginning actually hohoho

The first 3 months was really hard for me, it was a recovery time
Still bleeding in the first 2 months, thank God it stopped finally

6 months below, Sean not really active yet.
Going anywhere without many things to bring because i breastfeed him. So simple and easy

Now hes 8mo
He is such a super active baby, Sean the explorer. Thank God, he is a great eater. He eats almost everything given.

Tips for mums give your babies homemade natural food and do breastfeeding until at least 1 year

considering the second

no peeing on bed anymore......yeayyyyyy
eating in good portions (4 times a day).....hooorayyy

He is my joy and my anger (sometimes). I pray that Noah will love Jesus for the rest of his life and live according to His will.

freak of WATER game on IPad!! uuhhh I see this in both posotive and negative view. In positive view, he won't disturb me while i'm working. He learns a lot, he trains his brain and the way of thinking.
In negative view, he just sits - not moving anywhere, less talking to anyone (playing and talking- he can't stop his mouth to talk even a minute). I'm afraid he will in the future lack of concentration - as many experts tell (no TV more than 2 hours everyday- IPad and TV are almost the same I bet)

I'm ready for the second child in the family, Noah turns 4 this September. He will be a great brother for sure. He needs competitor and friends in the family.

Actually my husband hasn't agreed yet to have another because our business is growing and we are so busy. hhhmmm......however making child is two person business hahahahahahha

I thank God for my life, not running smooth as i wish but working well as His will.
Jesus is my strength and my portion!

Tips for mums: the hardest part is balancing time to work and child. I'm trying my best to work on it! Enjoyyyyy

Really glad!! God really on time!!! not in time but on time.;

It's about selling but, I can do it using Blackberry! it is tremendous famous here, in Indonesia.
Only using Blackberry!

www.minumcmp.blogspot.com (pin BB: 2692B6FB)

Working hard still necessary, but not in vain.
GO MOMMY GO!!!

My son is learning to divide his mummy with blackberry. He is 3,5 yo and he knows what mummy sells hahahahahaha.....he learns terms, such as chlorophyll, member, deliver, etc. He listens when  I attended a training. wonderful! I bet he can explain about my business when he turns 6yo. hohohoho

Our life full of intersections, when we let Him works. He is leading.
Amazing Lord Jesus.

My tips for mums: when you need more money to support your family, find opportunities. No sitting down waiting something to be happened. Our success might driven by our love to our family.

Peeing on bed

The next step of his milestone......while some of my friends having no difficulties with that, i have heaps!

When he was a baby, he didn't care whether he was wet or dry, it made me glad.....but now, he is still like that and I don't like it!!!

very difficult teaching him to get up when he wants to pee, what i'm doing now is setting my alarm and get up every 2 hours just to ask him, whether he wants to pee or not!!!!

His problem is he is too lazy to get up and go to the bathroom, even i have get him up every 2 hours!

He once didnt pee on bed for 6 times and got his reward, but again repeated!!! so we agree to put his favorite toy - Tyrannosaurus Rex- away and no playing with it until the next day IF I find him dry.

I tried to find bed sheet with dinosaurs on it, but couldn't find it!
I told him not to drink too much - I should't do this i know
I gave him a spoon of honey- people said honey absorbs water from body

My mom told me that this is the bad effect of diapers! could be i bet!

Maybe the only problem is he is not ready yet, he is 3yr5mo

My tips for mums: buy a powerful hairdryer (i use this hahahhaa)

What God Hath Promised

God hath not promised skies always blue,
Flower strewn pathways all our lives through;
God hath not promised sun without rain,
Joy without sorrow, peace without pain.

But God hath promised strength for the day,
Rest for the labor, light for the way,
Grace for the trials, help from above,
Unfailing sympathy, undying love.

God hath not promised we shall not know
Toil and temptation, trouble and woe;
He hath not told us we shall not bear
Many a burden, many a care.

God hath not promised smooth roads and wide,
Swift, easy travel, needing no guide;
Never a mountain rocky and steep,
Never a river turbid and deep.

Mummy...a thought

You will never know how deep you can love someone until you have a child but
You will also never know how big you can get upset until you have a child

Sometimes reading heaps of articles make me sick!
I just wanna know other's opinions about my boy's problem but then I find out that too many
opinions are confusing!
It seems that I still have so many homeworks to do.
It seems that I have to teach him many things in shorter time.

Sometimes it brings dissatisfaction by the way I'm teaching him

But....It just a thoght!

I know that no body is perfect, my son not and I'm either

I know that I can't compare my son to others, I can just compare my son to his self before.

I know that every children growing with their own pace, so stop pushing!

I know all those facts

Maybe what mummy needs the most is seeing the strength while developing the less one is the next.

My tips for mums, do share with your friends when you feel stuck or boring in educating your love one and be thankful to God because when you think like I think, it means that we have our child to think about while many doesn't have.

3rd Birthday

Traveling Note- Bidadari Island

Last holiday, September 4th if I'm not wrong.....We travelled by boat to Bidadari Island. Just 25minutes away from Jakarta. An escape from our beloved crowded city-Jakarta. As we run a restaurant we can manage holiday ourselves. We opened and worked hard when the others enjoy holiday and it's our turn to have a great holiday with lower price hehehehehe

I did a quick search on the internet to get some information, of course it was the time for Mr Google helping us. We planned the holiday just a day before. We first planned to go to Tidung Island but it takes more or less 2,5 hours by boat and it is an island with citizens and it's a new holiday destination so they don't have even an inn to stay. With my 3yo son NO, THANK YOU.

So we decided to take the nearest island from Jakarta. The ticket was Rp 265.000,00 included return ticket and lunch - buffet. The ticket is valid from 3 years up. When the salesgirl saw my son, Noah, she asked how old he is. I answered 3 yo, she said:"Make him stand". After she saw him, she said: "OK, He does't have to pay" Yeahhhh great! hahahaha he looks like 2 yo boys. I'm sad about this but still be grateful for some condition.

Bidadari Island is a resort island, only for holiday destination and managed by private company.
We can walk the island for around 30 minutes. The sands not white and a bit dirty. The food was bad, we were in the island but no seafood for us???? the shore full of rough coral. We insisted ourselves to enjoy the sea and we made our feet hurt and we had to carry our boy passing those sharp coral to reach the sea which was not blue. We could see the tiny fish using google but we have to really pay attention.

There were many sea urchin. A guy kept searching the sea urchin around using something like a spear. But we are unlucky, my husband got stabbed on his feet. It's badly hurt and to get rid of it, you need an empty soda bottle and all you have to do is hit your feet with the bottle on the hurt area until you don't feel hurt anymore. If you don't feel hurt anymore it means the sea urchin has crashed inside, you're safe!

We swam on the sea for 2 hours and we got tanned. After swimming on the sea, we swam on the kids pool. Lucky that I brought him a float so we enjoy the swimming time a lot. Exhausted, Noah slept when I took a bath and when my husband put him on the table covered by our clothes, he just slept!

He enjoyed playing with sands a lot. We just had fun.

The condition of the beach not really good but when we decided we want to value our holiday, we could have great holiday! After all the most  important thing was we spent time together and we had grateful feeling.

My tips for mums: When you plan the holiday, prepare for the worst, e.g. the place is not like on the brochure. Don't forget the sun block. Bring snacks and drink bottle. Don't leave the float. Also bring the sand toys. Extra clothes is a must, even if you don't need it you can use it for other thing, for me used for his sleeping layer. The most important thing is a joyful heart! When you arrived at your destination, you can choose whether you can get upset with the condition or just enjoy the time with grateful heart.

Learning independence

It is the time! Sit down and eat with one of us (daddy or mommy). He is almost 3yo and in our culture, it's not the time for independence yet. Trust me......while in the western, their babies eating by themselves before they are 2 even less.

Here....you can see nannies or mommy runs, catches, and feeds their kid. I am one of them hahahaha.....but now, it's time for him learning independence. Many parents haven't started yet, they are still spoiling their kid.

My lil rascal is a very slow boy, in good word he enjoys every seconds in his life hohohohoho
The teachers at his  school told me: "It's his nature mam" what a shame, he needs 45-60 minutes to EAT. Can you imagine that he is the last boy finishes his meal at school everyday? Even all the parents in his classroom know this...geeeeee....

His term break holiday this time used to train him eating faster and independent in 35 minutes.
Anger included for sure.....many punishments as well. I make sure myself that what i'm doing for his goodness.

The keys are still discipline and consistent.....How often I tempted to feed him but i'm learning to be super patient. I believe in one week he will have a better eating maner.

My tips for mums: Becareful with your emotion.........

What i need to be a great super mum

I took this from www.sridharnaik.blogspot.com

My son could be a little rascal and I could be an upset mum, but if I have these fruits of the Spirit...........I would have been a better mum for him and for my family

Memorable super fun trip

I'm quite a simple mum in everythings I do! indeed!!! that is also the way I prepare A bag for a picnic, only a bag!!!

Here what I bring:
1. spare pair of t-shirt and short-choose the lightest fabric
2. spare nappy
3. wet and dry tissue
4. drink bottled- medium size, if you need more water just buy somewhere there
5. snacks - I prefer something sweet like m&ms as He just love it
6. lunch box- the simple menu like mashed potato and scrambled shrimp egg
7. hand sanitizer
8. camera
9. little toys-I brought his favorite toy cars

See!!! only a bagpack. light and simple. My boy is 2,8mo.

Before we go to Taman Safari Cisarua, I told him already to not being fussy, just sleep when he feels sleepy. Some warnings are necessary, they understand!

He was such an amazing boy!!! he played in the car, we had bad traffic 2,5hours on the way to Taman Safari and 2 hours on the way home. He walked by himself. He was an astonishing brave boy. He rode an elephant twice, first with me the second with his daddy. He rode a camel with me as well. We saw heaps of animal and he just loved it!

My tips for mums: prepare a light but complete bagpack, tell and remind him what you expect him to do directly, be ready to have fun and give yourself to it, don't worries too much

Choosing Playgroup

It's school time! he is just 2,5yo but I have my reasons:

1. Learning to make friends because he doesn't have any siblings yet nor cousin
2. Learning independence in doing basic skills such as eating
3. I heard that the golden age will be at the top at 3 yo

He goes to International School, my expectation, he can speak 3 languages at a time Indonesian as my mother language, English as the second and Mandarin as the third. He learn international curriculum and he can enjoy school -not learning so hard but get the love of learning

The perfect age to learn languages is under 6yo. So It is the right time.

My tips for mums, Children's need is your first priority. Sending him to school is not because you want to be free. Being a mum is a full time devotion. If you've observed the needs of going to school than spending time to find a school that fit to him and fit to your wallet ^^ The best school nearby might be the worst school for your children. Choose the school that can accomodate your children's need.
